RU Music London first recorded a basic demo version of this song during lockdown in London in May 2020 after worldwide reaction to the killing of George Floyd.
Sung by its lyricist, a woman of colour, challenged by the emotions and personal reflection of how the world is feeling, the hope is that it resonates in human hearts, minds and voices against racism.

The release of this studio recording, completed under socially distanced measures, coincided with the commemorative weekend 57 years previously during which Dr Martin Luther King delivered his ‘I have a dream...’ speech.
